Indigo Rope Dye Range

Classical Indigo Rope Ranges are custom designed to provide minimum waste and maximum flexibility. Dye multiple yarn weights, with multiple dye classes. Run short production lots or long, with light or heavy depth of shade.

Pretreatment consists of counterflow scour/wash boxes. Optional mercerizing adds improved dye affinity, luster, strength, and fashion effects. Multiple dips of indigo and oxidation time in the skyer section achieve depth of shade. Multiple wash boxes are then used for rinsing and chemical application. Coilers lay ropes into drums in a pattern that facilitates the subsequent rebeaming operation.
